Greg Baron
Greg’s interest in photography began when he was 12 years old when he was introduced to developing and printing black and white photographs at summer camp. He got his first 35mm SLR at the age of 14 and worked as his High School newspaper photographer as well as photographer for a local NJ newspaper. Although he never stopped taking photographs, his involvement in other activities drew him away from actively photographing the world around him. That is, until he was reintroduced to the world of modern digital photography! His long time love of photography was reignited when he discovered the incredible advances in photographic equipment as well as the new creative tools that allowed him to process and edit without the need for a traditional darkroom.
With so many areas of photography possible to focus on, Greg found it difficult to select just one, but has found Nature, Wedding, and People photography to be his favorites. From days spent hiking through the Rain Forests of Costa Rica, to the carefully arranged studio shot, Greg is willing to do whatever is necessary to capture the moments in time in the way that he has envisioned. Through years of practice and a voracious appetite for learning new skills and techniques, Greg has acquired the skills necessary to capture the wonderful images you see here.
